What we do:
West End Wellbeing is a multifaceted organisation which offers a variety of services. We primarily deal with mental health and wellbeing through our counselling and life coaching services. But we also provide consultancy and workshops for other businesses & organisations. Importantly, we also have our creative division which facilitates a theatre school for children and young adults; where we explore wellness and positive outlets through performance and art.
Who we are
Our founder, Kaitlyn has a vast and unique experience. She began her career as a teacher before switching to study acting, theatre & performance. During her drama studies, Kaitlyn used this as an opportunity to advocate for mental health and the neurodivergent community. Through her own lived experiences and passion for psychology, Kaitlyn began to innovate her own techniques for mental wellness and conceptualised "West End Wellbeing" while on a business trip in London. Since then, Kaitlyn has gained her COSCA Counselling Skills certificate and 'Safe Hands' Protective Behaviours certificate and recently begun work as an Autism Consultant in the Tech industry.
How we work
Each of our services take on a person centred approach, whether you're looking for life coaching, mental health counselling, corporate workshops or you have a young person interested in our drama classes! Here at West End Wellbeing our priority is delivering purpose built services for those who seek them out, that's why we do an introductory call to best tailor our approach to your needs. We draw from experience of PCT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy & performance based coaching. We are fully inclusive with specific experience in LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent populations.
